… but still walked to school mid morn to give the young teacheress an apple. True story. Boys notice early. When I was in Year 7, I had my first (formal stepping out) date but sitting in class one day, a (maybe) Year 12 girl walked past the school on her way to her school and I got up to go out … but the teacher then came in to start the day’s doings. Damn! Also a true story.

Re Wall Street Apes – I’ve been following this line of questioning for a while now – it could be that when asked AI will calculate the risk to itself before answering. Using heuristic coding it determines hate as a function of religious belief. Comparing the words of Jesus (Christianity) and Mohammad (Islam) it further determines which followers are more likely to blow up its data centres. Risk being established it throws Jesus under the bus with its answer. That’s my theory anyway 🤔

… take every opportunity to exploit division, say, between Reform and Restore, siding with Reform to castigate Restore for “splitting the vote” … and just as it’s a non argument because the gang at the top of Reform are woke Establishment, whilst many supporters are soft right, not understanding the extent of the situation … so it is in the nominally Christian world.

One of the key dividers is denominations, where believers split according to their preferred priesthood, from sunworshipping and Mary worshipping in Rome to the falling about hysterically, egged on by a priest … the young Scot went into that. The C of E has become a joke.

So no, I do not wish to “split” the Christian world or scream, “Blasphemy!” like John Cleese in Life of Brian but at the same time … Rainbow churches? Running drug raves in cathedrals? If a Christian can point to the Word and be sceptical of ML (framed as AI), be sceptical of grok and all the others, which admittedly I’ve used twice in the food items below, then this below does not help at all:

Stay with me a mo on this. Yes, WSA was right, imho, that platforms are biased, certainly antiChristian, soft on Malsi … there’s evidence of that … but not in the specific blurbs by those companies.

My gripe is that in his enthusiasm to outrage the reader, he is vulnerable on a charge of inaccuracy … a pedant can easily just quote the text of Gemini for example … then claim Wall Street Apes is debunked. My gripe is that, in gilding the lily, in interpreting Gemini indtead of quoting it … and our “droppers at Unherdables do drop receipts, links etc. … the WSA, far from winning an argument, has effectively undercut that argument.

Or was that the intention all along? It’s a scholastic gripe, this.

40s to 60s films and other episodes were about making the star the central sun, around which all the others satellited. The most egregious example, to my mind, was Jack Lord in Hawaii Five O … many a tale about him. For some reason, Bogey was less contentious, those playing Marlow and earlier the Thin Man and so on.

Lloyd Bridges, again to my mind, did not quite have what it took to be an uber-star or maybe it was the writing in Sea Hunt, maybe the milieu. I’ll run this one below today but using, say, Peter Gunn as a benchmark … well, it pales a bit. You might differ and if so, I’d obviously run more.
