Please note that members of the House of Representatives have worked 81 DAYS this year. 

Let’s give a little perspective here – A typical Monday–Friday employee, after federal holidays, would have worked roughly 170 days during the same period. 

 So House members have spent less than half as many days in Washington as a conventional full-time employee has spent at work.

And their 2026 schedule just got shorter. House leadership canceled voting for the weeks of September 21 and September 28. After the current break, members are scheduled for only four more legislative days, September 14–17, before the November 3 election.

In regards to lodging/per diem reimbursement, here’s a “fun fact” – 

The House allows members to claim Washington lodging on qualifying days, up to the applicable GSA rate. And, unusually, they don’t have to provide lodging receipts if they certify that they incurred the eligible expense. 

This year will be the one with the least number of days in Congress for the House Oc Representatives.

(and this is not even getting into the overall reimbursement for travel, lodging, meals, including staff, etc., and that we’re going to have this year)

Congress appropriated $849,834,914.41 for the 2026 Members’ Representational Allowance. That’s the official figure, not an estimate. 

Divided across 435 voting districts, that’s about $1.95 million per district on average, although individual allowances differ because things such as distance from Washington (related to travel/lodging/per diem).

Should you get any vaccine? A few months ago my Dr. recommended that I get the flu, measles, pneumonia vax’s. Without giving a yes or no answer, I asked that he send the vaccination nurse in (at the clinic, this is all she does, is give vaccinations) as I had a couple of questions. When she came in, she started with her assurance that these were totally safe, and that she has been doing this for 6 years. I asked her what was in the vaccinations. She looked at me kind of crabby and said she didn’t know. Let that sink in, 5+ yrs. giving vaccines and has no idea what is in them. This really happened and I declined.

That’s the Pink Ladies of a certain … er … maturity. However, from the comments of the younger Restore ladies … they lean more to the middle, even the raped girls. I’m thinking we could be more gentle with our ladies but who asked me?

Analysis/postmortem

Deep breath before starting this. There are two things quite pertinent to what’s below:

a. After any event or series of events, during which all sorts of incoming comes in, the natural move of pundits like us is to post. After that, in spare half hours available after the redaction, posting, attending to correspondence and domestic chores … within that downtime, the exploring starts, that rabbit hole … things then start to appear as a result of the searching, ferreting, unexpected and expected things.

b. That’s the context in which I questioned Leah on the one hand and Bannon on the other. As I’ve already pointed out … our brief, our prime directive, is to explore, to check out afap. When one is utterly exhausted though, the urbane manner can slip and thus my way of exploring was not diplomatic, as has been mentioned. Sorry me.

c. I’m interested in aftermaths … what eventually comes out as a result. In Leah’s case, everything came out fine, hence my own subsequent running of her at the site. In the case of Bannon … nope, not clear yet …

… and nor is Danny Tommo.

Yes there are, in the order I encountered them after the initial red flags went up. My first red flag was Alex Bath’s warning about Danny Tommo. He was the backend of N.O. for some years, the techie and patron, I know exactly what his views are, he fits into the picture … I listen to him on such matters.

The second red flag was Vinnie Sullivan who is part of a set of Chelsea supporters so I believe but Moo does not like him, as he is buddies with someone else … too long to explain. Yet Vinnie is often accurate and he calls Danny Tommo out. You can see all that below … it’s a very long read I’m afraid, piecemeal, just as it came in, then sized and compressed.

There’s a fair question for me … even though this site has bottlenecks and the composing tools play up all the time, plus there is low bandwidth … there do happen to be about 2Tb of disk space … this is a major plus, as well as every screenshot being compressed … in short, there is bags of room to put all this …

… plus I should be doing so, as there is not just me putting in effort and even money, plus I’m on a Blues Bros type mission from God, innit.

Afterthoughts

As an exercise, even if Dover and Portsmouth were staged, even if Danny Tommo is as fake as made out, James Goddard too … look at that profile … it’s a minefield, innit? This one implacably opposed to that one, this other one aligned with the first one … my question is … was it worth it?

Them clearly want to get this expensive war going soon … all that accommodation, phones etc. for the invading, fighting age men, coordinating with govt and Whitehall … they would clearly like to see the conflagration and slaughter begin.

Us? We want the invaders gone, plus the weapons stashes in religious buildings, plus the danger to life and limb from these lowlifes, plus the poisoning of us, medical horrors, let alone the net zero bollox.

Portsmouth: Danny Tommo and about a thousand lads, reportedly, are up against it … this is a major invasion, a ferrying in by the authorities, boatloads coming in by stealth. Socmed is reporting it, it needs people down there. Local residents also joining in to stop the invaders getting to the waiting buses.

What a state of affairs. Word coming through that police are tear-gassing resisters to the invaders.
