To a point, we’re adrift, in this punditry biz, on a shifting sea of new events, things available, then not, until the next wave comes along. Fighting it by insisting on a rigid format is noble … people seem to like these shorts between 0730 and 0930 … but if there are no good ones available, then what does one run?

I was always eventually going to return to Peter Gunn, just not as soon as this. Currently, there are many Simon Templars, plus I could find a few Howard Sherlock Holmeses to be going on with … let’s see what happens.

I do preview these episodes, skim through … sometimes the resolution is the culprit, sometimes a dull episode. This one seems intriguing.
