Nourishing Obscurity 20th birthday today (would have been)
Some might recall …
The blog was vulnerable, including its “Guestposts” separate blog … when Unherdables finally went up on September 7th, 2024, it was a more professional set up, though I know quite a few do miss the amateur fun vee had.
Despite being more professional in its engine room, it’s still being hit by about 20 spam an hour but that’s covered inside. All and all, it’s worked out so far, except for the commenting woes but chaps and chapesses … for such a naughty blog complex … with its history … well, that’s only to be expected and thx for your perseverance. 🥰

Special day alright. I remember well. I absolutely loved that place. It was beautiful and interesting and fun! It was shocking and unsettling when the smoke stole it.
This new tavern however is amazing! So many rooms to visit and nooks and crannies to hang. It has come to have an all together charming personality and yet it doesn’t play around. This place means business. Love it!

Ripper!! You have made my day! I think of you often! Truly I mentioned you to my company yesterday morning. I had soft boiled a few eggs. We had two other big meals coming for lunch and then dinner so for a quick brekky it was Ripper Boiled Egg Day !
You taught me how to boil an egg so the shell wouldn’t stick to the egg when peeled which sometimes it used to do.
Yesterday one egg peel sort of stuck to the egg. I remarked I needed to review how to boil a Ripper Egg! 🥚
Guest looked at me like I lost my mind. Psssst…We won’t tell her I just may have lost it years ago dealing with you on several occasions…
Surely you recall there were many times I lost my mind at your comments and nudgings of me!
