Civil issues
This is from Lord Toby’s site newsletter this morning:
“For an idea routinely dismissed as βdubiousβ or an βobsessionβ of the political Right, the suggestion that Britain is embarked on the road to civil war has proved stubbornly resilient. Each new episode of disorder seems only to revive it. The disturbances that followed the Henry Nowak trial, the attempted beheading in Belfast and the rioting that erupted afterwards again forced questions of social cohesion, public order and political legitimacy into public view, renewing the argument over whether Britain is moving in the direction of open conflict.
The question almost asks itself: if the idea is really so ridiculous, why does it keep coming back? The headlines might fade, but the underlying issues fuelling the debate clearly do not.
What has changed, however, is the willingness of mainstream political figures to address the issue openly….”
I would point readers to Steve’s comment(s) under Sunday [6 to 10] for a quick look at the reality on the ground and who the perps are in most of the killings, maimings and rapings. They are so easily identified. Now, I’m not going to make it easy for readers for the simple reason that reading this are the hostile (inc. demonic-psycho Them themselves, down to apparatchiks at desks), the indifferent (inc Stumble-upons) … and the good people who who have woken up and don’t buy any of the official BS.
As for the political class, best I say little, except they’re now pretending to care, e.g. Bad Enough. You can easily tell a bad player or dumbo on soc-med by the disingenuity and lack of reading … or else simple disingenuity … in even considering for a second that Bad Enough is any more than a parachuted anchor baby WEFer.
Just why otherwise canny, mature political observers suddenly lose their bearings is one of those bizarre political phenomena, bringing in the deep captcha MSM, trolls within soc-med, e.g. Tom Harwood, plus the woke left culture in general in all its outlets, inc. peer pressure, esp. among the young. It’s also class ridden within the UK.
The working class and self employed, the farmers, are many times more likely to wake up than the aspirational housewife NIMBY in Suffolk and similar leafy places. The worst are the former Tory voting, but actually soft left, fair’s fair, let’s give them a chance useful idiots who wish to protest but who find hardline Restore repugnant … their vehicle is the nicey nicey M25 bubble Reform … no nasty civil war talk here please.. some disguise this by thinking of themselves as “radical libertarian”.
We nasty types though point out the sheer numbers of those foreigners now turned triffid once the call came, the arms caches in the cellars of religious buildings up and down these isles, plus the openly averred action plan to house-to-house call in gangs and demand the resident convert or die. Plod have already established the principle of busting into people’s homes for a tweet or incorrect thought.
It’s becoming far easier to identify a bete noire because one of the core culprits stays hidden and allows the glare to fall on stupid groups, e.g. those from sunnier climes. Which hidden culprit? Go to many of IYE’s drops or else go to Jstack, look for comments and find those of Mark Matis, stretching way back.
As I say, I’m not going to make it easier for you … in fact the more abstruse I am, the greater the defences of this citadel and thus protection of our patrons and readers. We have done a certain amount of “backend” work to help that along as well.
A certain amount. Do not stay in this bubble in which unsuspecting, nice you clicks on anything you’re invited to … I mean, at some point you’re going to have to drop this cloak of naivety and wake up. I mean … does my post now read to you like that of an uneducated football lad or that of a pompous prig from an ivory tower?
The answer to that momentous question is found in a Python sketch about Harold, the clever sheep:
Harold is the Restore pain in the neck, those sheep trying to escape are the Reform blinded, the abbatoir staff are the invaders and replacers, the Uniparty sheep are those going to the slaughter and the shepherd is that hidden fifth columnist mentioned by Mark Matis in comments at Jstack. A most prescient Python sketch indeed.
