(0741) Morning all … two sleeps, then housekeeping, finally getting to the blog now. Health seemingly ok. Hope yours is too.

 

There are two posts … this and Sunday’s … essentially around the theme in this quote:


I’m sure that all those onside politically who are reading this might agree with the general idea. The devil though, as you well know, is in the details, even in the fine print.

The best storybook sleuths, near the end, stop and say, “I have been such an imbecile!” Of course the truth was otherwise. The truth was that which was most likely to be so, given long experience of human nature, human foibles, human wiles. In fact, often it’s there in plain sight, right in front of your face. The perp being a “butter wouldn’t melt” type.

But you could not see because … either you really are brainwashed … or else you did suspect it, deep down, but no way are you “going there”. You know fullwell the implications once you go down that path.

Sometimes your whole world view, which rigorously excludes things which are offputting in your personal universe … when you must finally face them … well, you mumble, “All right, can we get onto something else now?”

To today’s topic … just who is behind all these horrors?

Who is or are the Mister Big(s)?

It was precisely the question addressed by Richard Hannay at the start of The Thirty-Nine Steps. In WWs 1 and 2, it was easy to say “the Germans”. Today, easy to say the R family … or the WEF … people seem to have forgotten the Scottish Rite and/or the illumined, the templars, the black nobility, the Catholic Knights … that’s before tumbling to how there would have to be some sort of uber-mind(s) behind even them, not unlike Jeremy Irons in The Time Machine.

Those mentioned are at most henchmen and myrmidons, with govts under that yet again.

More specifically … what’s subterfuge here and what is so, what is real?

As mentioned … think of the photo appearing all across social media. Likely veracity? At least for the purpose mentioned? And again:


In that second photo, always remembering AI (ML) … all those people halway up that hill … what are they doing? Why are they there? Are those really rapes at the top of that hill, of young women, girls? And if 19 are confirmed, then how culpable are all the Europeans letting it go?

On whose orders?

Or might it be designed specifically for the internet, to maximise dismay and anger? Even inuring normies against any horror any more? I can imagine the R family or any of those honchos finding that very much part of The Grand Plan.

Why can’t those muvvas ever be touched themselves?

The system would not upload it anywhere, way too large it said. Essentially, they were shooting at Superman, no effect. The nearest threw the gun at SM and he ducked. Why?


Toodles appears to have the answer:

Why did SM flinch…duck? Very good question

Was it a kryptonite gun? No it would have rendered him into a puddle just being near it. Was it reflex? No, SM could have flown to town and back faster than the gun could have reached him. He could have just snatched it mid throw if he wanted.

I know! The director told him to duck! 

I rhetorically, even literally ask, how many films and tv shows have been produced in which there is a shoot-off or some such thing in which the shooter goes 💥 💥💥💥💥💥then goes click, click, after which he or she throws the gun ( like a sissy) at the opponent? Of course, I was assuming there were six bullets in the chamber. 

Now if there were only two bullets in the chamber the shooter would point and aim and then 💥💥 after which there would be those requisite couple of click clicks in which he or she realizes there are no bullets left!

The wise guy (or gal) decides to be real tough-like, seeeee? He or she then throws his or her gun (in a sissified way, seeee) before turning and haul tailing it wherever…usually up some steps to the top of a building in which they scuffle over to the edge…in which, usually the less evil guy’s (or gal’s) head is hanging over the ledge while being choked and slammed before the really bad man or woman goes flying over headlong to the ground below. 👇

Anyoleway, I have seen that exact scenario at least a hundred times. Not once have I ever seen the thrown gun even hit the opponent, much less hurt him (or her). Never! 🤷🏻‍♀️

(0648) Morning all, some rain overnight, heavy cloud cover just now. Two of “our people” here were getting grief from the system. Bith seem sorted for now. Cunning plan is for Steve’s piece next, a bit later for a Miss Marple for our three letter man who might be devising a new moniker. No feedback from him but the Miss Ms have not disappeared. JH: IYE, the system does seem to be anti IYE just now … I just spent fifteen minutes and many attempts to get these three items to “take”. The text was bouncing all over the window, the links were trying to expand, displaying IP address, all sorts going on. HG’s item was just not responding, L’s too. So I had to run it as it is above.

I see it as “if over target, flak is drawn” so let’s not be discouraged.

So you remember Enid, do you not?


All right, I put a song together, using Van Morrison’s groove (Them) and it’s both easy and difficult to sing, to get your cues right. Early Van was very much live oriented, he improvised all over the place … not so much in the set verses (there are four of those below) … but in the manic choruses, starting … “And her name is …”

To get an idea how the original song sounded … HERE TIS.

Now the backing instrumental (no karaoke prompts, so you need to work your cues out) is:

[Notes: I suggest you come in near the end of the third phrase in the music and remember he sings all over the phrases, he doesn’t stick by them necessarily … it’s very free-for-all … he’s Northern Irish, remember.]

Ok, I’ve just sung it through for the first time ever … leave sufficient musical phrases between each line and near the end, the cue for the naming again is a short, sharp drum rap.

Why Gloria as the song? For a start, it’s simple … any garage band’s first song learnt and we indeed were a garage band, called The Other Side. Trouble was, the words did not fit on the bass drum, so we changed our name to The League.

Our opening numbers were Gloria, Woolly Bully, Little Red Riding Hood and the Troggs’ Wild Thing. We tried The Yardbirds’ I’m a Man (Beck’s or Clapton’s, can’t remember) but sadly, the drummer was rubbish and the band left him. 😥
