a) France. Scandal in Saint-Quentin (02): confirmed links between halal butcher shops and E. coli cases; a young girl has died. 

Six butchers placed under formal investigation. “Sheep were reportedly slaughtered and butchered outside regulated channels, including at private homes.”

b) France. A shocking photo has shown the French actively assisting a controversial migrants’ boat preparing to leave the Normandy coast on an epic 36-hour journey to England last week.

The migrants are being handed lifejackets by the ‘French RNLI’, which is controlled by the Paris government, as lifeguards stand by to rescue any illegals who fall in.

c) British police have arrested dozens of demonstrators outside the Labour Party conference on Sunday during a protest in support of Palestine Action.

More than 250 protesters sat outside the conference centre in Liverpool, many holding home-made banners which read: “I support Palestine Action”, the banned group.

d) Germany. “Allahu Akbar” in Bavarian Church: Can the West Still Be Saved?

A Lutheran church in Bavaria allowed an imam to deliver the Islamic call to prayer during an interfaith event meant to showcase diversity ahead of elections and the 9/11 anniversary.

e) Crude oil exports from the Middle East region climbed to 12.8 million barrels a day, reaching their highest level since February. As attacks on regional energy infrastructure have subsided and Saudi Arabia’s East-West Pipeline has resumed operations, oil markets are seeing significant relief.

1. Housekeeping

When Steve continued to run Bannon’s War Room, despite a rule about Bannon, he was obviously using loopholes, which admittedly is our style here, plus it was at NOWP, plus we at least want to run things from our guys with minimal interference from me.

However, DAD, I saw this morning, was quoting the egregious LBC … why not go straight for CNN, Socialist Daily, Establishment, M25 bubble daily, NYT, WaPo etc.?

Part of the answer is I’ve failed to put those on the watch list, thinking that everyone reading this blog complex knew all this. Also, it depends if “droppers” are quoting in order to present as evidence or quoting to criticise. It’s a complex issue with no easy resolution.

One thing about watchlists is they sometimes do have an effect when many of us pundits say it … e.g. Bowtie Martin, Charlie Ward. At the same time, we do need to scrutinise … it’s part of our brief … with neither fear nor favour … afap.
