  1. 16. No food is safe – one of my favourite guilty pleasures, Jacob’s Cheeselets, has Folic Acid listed. Reason is the wheat flour they use is ‘fortified’, which means everything they make using this flour has synthetic folate. Bastards:

Folic acid itself is inactive and must be converted in the liver through several enzymatic steps into 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the biologically active form that cells can use. This conversion is relatively slow, and the enzyme responsible (DHFR) becomes saturated at around 200 mcg per day, meaning excess folic acid can accumulate as unmetabolized folic acid (UMFA) in the bloodstream. UMFA has been linked to potential health concerns, including reduced immune function and interference with natural folate transport to the brain. It can also mask vitamin B12 deficiency, potentially allowing neurological damage to progress undetected.

  2. What will it take for people to notice let alone accept HMG is an organisation of evil doers?
UK a third world state pretending otherwise.
