Justice Amy Comey Barrett will be the deciding factor, with Gorsuch, Alito, Kavanaugh, and Thomas all indicating they will do away with Birthright Citizenship.”

This follows today’s egregious 5:4 on mail in ballots. Barrett again.

Whom to believe? First a pundit on X:

According to Oliver, fatty cuts of meat are “washed” with ammonium hydroxide and then used to fill the hamburger patties. Even before this process, the TV presenter says, this meat was unfit for human consumption.

Oliver, a radical activist chef taking on the food industry, says:

“We are talking about meat that is sold as dog food and then served to humans. Aside from the quality of the meat, ammonium hydroxide is harmful to health.” Oliver calls it “the pink slime process.”

What sane person would put a piece of meat soaked in ammonium hydroxide into a child’s mouth?

In another initiative, Oliver demonstrated how chicken nuggets are made: After the “best parts” are selected, the rest—fat, skin, cartilage, eyes, bones, head, feet—is subjected to a mechanical separation process called “Canica”—a euphemism used by food engineers. This blood-pink paste, which is deodorized, bleached, refreshed, and re-colored, is then coated in flour and deep-fried. It is typically fried in partially hydrogenated oils—in other words, toxic substances.

The food industry uses ammonium hydroxide as an antimicrobial agent, allowing McDonald’s to use meat in its hamburgers that is unfit for human consumption. Even more alarming, however, is the fact that these ammonium-hydrogen-based substances are considered “legal components of the production process” in the global food industry, with the approval of health authorities. Consequently, consumers will never know what substances are in their food.”

Then Snopes, the least reliable “fact checker” on the net. This is from a “community note”:

“Jamie Oliver did not sue or win a lawsuit against McDonald’s over “pink slime”; the company voluntarily stopped using ammonia-treated beef trimmings in 2011.”

Chief Justice Roberts writing.. and here’s what nobody wants to say out loud.. Democrats spent the last 4 years loading those commissions with commissioners specifically designed to block Trump’s agenda from inside his own executive branch..

Rebecca Kelly Slaughter was one of them.. fired March 2025.. she sued.. today she lost.. the FTC is just the first domino.. NLRB.. SEC.. EEOC.. every commission that wields executive power now sits under the same logic the court just applied..

91 years of precedent.. gone in one opinion.. one carve-out: the Federal Reserve.. explicitly protected.. separate statutory structure.. separate litigation still running.. everything else just became the President’s to control..

The “independent” agencies were never truly independent.. today SCOTUS made that the law.

MMutR watched it last night. He spoke of unusual strategies the guy used, strange choices, plus various plot points.

I came away from it wondering how on earth that it got through the deep state to be released, given its nature. I don’t mean that I think it should not have been … I mean that Them allowed the release in the first place, given the tight control of UK life.

The answer is quite simple … Them want such an outcome, are itching to get this conflagration going. At the same time, consider the fighting army waiting in barracks and in new housing projects, also the weapons caches waiting inside certain religious buildings.

In a sickening development, SCOTUS voted 5-4 to allow mail-in ballots days after voting day. Barrett had the deciding vote. Obviously the three scumbag demons plus Roberts would vote for that, while Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh went for anti-corruption. Alito wrote the dissenting view.

In practice, any blue state opting for days late ballots (late box drops) is backed by SCOTUS. The deciding vote was Barrett’s. She had the Donald and everyone else well fooled. Catholic she might be but she ain’t no Christian.

Obviously this cannot stand, so major moves need making under martial or emergency law.
