The only time in my life that I have tipped is when I was in Kenya. A garagist repaired my tyre late in the evening and was only wanting to charge me the equivalent of about 25P. The smile on his face when I gave him equal to £1 was a joy to behold.
Received some bad news about a childhood friend, which means I’ll be taking some time out from regular posting. I may be needed elsewhere and there’s also the rally in London on Saturday that hopefully I can report on. Need some space at the moment. Take care all.
