1. Sleep

In your travels around the net, in mine, we see many references to being unable to sleep, especially with females and more particularly with those overthinking late night. Not seeing quite as much from males … maybe males care less? Who knows?

Not being able to leave one’s troubles at the bedroom door is compounded by ipads and the like, wifi, constantly pinging, tickering … which is what someone in my role needs to have happening. Damage to eyes/brain is another possible result.

In my case, there’s a half hour science lecture I listen to and the tone of the voice almost always does the trick. There’s a second similar. It did not work this time … heard the whole lecture … still wide awake.

Then realised why … I’d done little work after waking the first time just before two. Usually I’d post … this time I took a chance on on going straight for shuteye again. Simply could not zonk. Often, dealing with ladies wears me out, ha ha, but this time … I retired early from the female. Bad move. One needs to be uber-fatigued it seems. Thus they’ll now probably dump me.

So… there’s a long line of posts ready, some even vitally interesting, but can I awaken in time for our usual, dear reader? I’m thinking no … that it will be another 0730 job or thereabouts. See y’all when we do.
