Wednesday [1 to 5]

(0439) In one sense, this is a layday … Hallowe’en, All Saints, All Souls, 3rd and 4th, then Guy Fawkes … further along is Remembrance Day. (0626)

5. A rare sort of op ed labelled as such

There are two lines which immediately struck home to me this morning:

  • Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
  • They say we’re young and we don’t know, won’t find out until we grow.
  • Your body is the temple of your spirit.
  • The average person is really quite dumb.

The last one is a paraphrase of sentiments of that nature. Both DAD and Steve have comment this morning … DAD’s opening about going to the Beeb and Steve’s over there about PTSD … that set me thinking (possible this morning because of someone’s prayer for me, good sleep and good recent eating and moving about, leaving me refreshed for now).

Also, someone else wrote about always taking care of your own airmask in a plane first, securing your citadel first, from there heading out and helping others. However, some wokeleft girl was quoted as saying it’s world first, the unfortunate (presumably invaders), your own second last and yourself ladt.

Except her virtue signalling, a skewed interpretation of gospel, was certainly to bolster her own good feelings about herself, validation of her as a worthy person pursuing only good, as defined by the Frankfurt School. How much was that behind people’s voting in the midterms?

Or not voting? Staying home? And across the pond, here, I bet we’re going to see the loony Reform honchos trotting out “split the vote”, as though Reform would be much better than LabCon in their flipflopping to shariah. People are not just dumb, they fear facing reality.

And if it’s a choice between horrible Reality versus virtue signalling self-validation and reality-avoidance, together with fear … then we know what percentages favour which of these choices.

My own suggestion? Well, it’s quite possible to note the Reality and plan accordingly, without wallowing in it. Hence the midterms mentioned in Wed [1] but let’s skip over those for other stories which may require looking at. Don’t dwell, don’t wallow, move on, work around, stay strong inside afap. Ok?

3. Lear 60

This is one I’ve not gone into, what with not being all that well (heart, dental), plus so much else to report on for days. But I did look last night and it was certainly intriguing in a macabre way. This first one below is my core post on the Lear 60:

This was as it appeared in feed:

These have also come out on it:

Ok, making sense of it all … firstly about the girl co-pilot. First reference I saw on X was of course pics of the 20 year old honey … and she was a honey in shape and size … possibly why the father chose her? No real idea here on what the interrelations of the nine on board were.

Two camps immediately formed:

  • The Feminazi camp about how fab that this girl could do anything better than any man
  • The second the MGTOW camp saying weeeelll, if you put a Learjet in the hands of a young girl … dot dot dot.

Two things struck me about the girl, apart from being a honey:

  • That photo of her posing by the plane, knees right through her torn jeans, suggested slovenliness, probably in many ways, along with the usual young female Orwellian-ness
  • That she was not actually flying the plane … the man was … she had input though … some suggestions are she was unhappy he was going to 47k feet

Now the man … what possessed him to try to outfly the storm? Against that was the fact of storms all over the state at that time. Also the crash or at least flight course was 5-7 miles from Mar-a-Lago. Uh huh.

Now to the problem of veracity of information:

  • In the Dave piece, quoting a retired Learjet pilot, he said you firstly don’t go anywhere near a storm in a swept wing plane and you especially don’t try to “out-top” a storm’s head so to speak
  • He played down ice and went more for “mach stall” or whatever
  • Who says this Dave even has a Learjet mate?

In comments on Dave, someone ran a notice about no communication of conversations, plane to tower, yet people were posting soubdtracks. Someone wrote that the crew were saying ice but it was moderate, ok, under control.

One viewpoint, inc. some pilots, was that something out of the ordinary hit the craft in that storm. I’m thinking I can’t go too much further, on the basis of what can be verified. Who’s to say how much was AI anyway?

I awakened during the night and made a bad decision to listen to the News from BBC World Service. I was wholly on the (possible) Democrap success in the election. One could almost see the smile on the face of the News Anchor and Correspondents as they told of the possible demise of “Trump” (as they called him). I have, for a long time, referred to the output of the BBC as Bloody Biased Crap; tonight they proved it.

a) France. Saint-Étienne (42): eleven cans bristling with nails seized during the banned demonstration on October 31; three men tried, two incarcerated.

b) Ukraine’s neo-Nazi conscription ‘torture chamber’: How the shocking scandal unfolded overnight.
Angry crowds attempted to storm a facility run by the Azov battalion, prompting the intervention of Zelensky’s top aide.
