Cunning plan is Fido corner now … the Alleyn radio play, coz it’s YT … an actual film early afternoon, plus there’s another Paul Temple up on that page … then the Christie radio play multiple titles archive tomorrow. Need to square that with Fido as it says Lord Edgeware but as we’ve just had the Edgeware filmed version (yes I know the radio play differs) …

… I was never really enamoured of Patrick Formaldehyde’s Alleyn in the visual play … just thought he interpreted the whispering voice thing annoyingly … but there we are. I suspect I have this new condition called Asparagus Syndrome, in which the victim suffers from a total inability to shut the gob, especially if something’s simply crying out to be said. 😎
