(0718). Morning all, light coming up out there. Quick word about late awakening (after 0700), early (after 0430). Hate to disappoint but late is a good sign … you’ll get better evening service if I’ve had this second sleep now … and I did, thank Goodness … two days running. (0757)

He drops into the usual hate Boomer, wonderful Gen X thing, which is an affliction of his if he includes all in that. Even his own graph he found on X most like … for a start, was very Gen X … but even that showed a split which, as I wrote myself yesterday here, showed far more Gen X went Trump, comparatively, than and other demographic by generation.
However, Sundance had shown that Gen Zee was by no means as lost as the Millennials had been and that shows some sanity returning … some. The big disappointment were the oldies according to that. Shirley, with shocking treatment of the elderly scross the west … but no … once set in the ways … set in the ways.
The Millennials are also a tragedy … both Boomers and them indeed brainwashed … us by the Woodstock, Carnaby Street time, psychedelia etc. But again … percentages, people, percentages count. Plus another factor with oldies … distrust of the Donald himself. I’m watching to see whom he appoints … a very Gen X way of thinking … also distrustful Boomers.
The stats, to my mind, are no more conclusive than that and like Starmer within 100 days, we’ll know soon enough. It has elements of Tories v Labour, with no third option able to really get a foot in.
