There is a major issue with AI (machine learning) and data centres, we know this. AI gives itself away by the awful grammar and intonation in sentences and words, to the point where we detest it.
That having been said, there’s another factor on youtube uploads, esp. documentaries and podcasts and that’s the sheer length of them, repetition and stretching a few facts (if they are factual) into a click aggregating monetising venture for uploaders. For me, short of time in the first place due to the volume of blogging, the redacting, composition etc., the thing with the AI narrative youtube is … more and more, the game is not worth the candle … esp. as my most important resource after Grace, health and friendship … is time.
What of this one below then? Well they’ve obviously improved the AI delivery, there are sufficient facts embedded, plus there is no mood “music” for the bulk of it. But in general … it’s an ongoing and increasing time wasting problem as we go along.

Many have only one or two points to make, points which could be made in a few minutes even with some relevant elaboration. I check how long the video is and how likely it is that there will be worthwhile insights before watching. If it’s too long I can watch Peter Gunn instead.
