5. Rupert today
I’m fortunate. I’ve been successful in business, I have money, I don’t have to worry about our financial future. I donate my entire MP salary to local charities, to show that I’m in politics for the right reasons.
I’ll be honest. I don’t have to worry about paying the mortgage each month, or having enough money to buy the children what they want for their birthday, or even being able to put food on the table.
I don’t, but I know millions of Brits do. That’s the brutal reality.
Hardworking British men and women should not have to live like that. If you work hard, put the hours in and live honestly?
You should be rewarded for it, properly.
That means lower tax, MUCH lower tax and higher thresholds, but it also means a state that can keep inflation under control so that the cost of living does not outstrip your wage.
Fuel, food shop, clothes, electricity. Everything. It all gets more expensive whilst so many earn the same.
Inflation. All driven up by the decisions of politicians who will never have to live with the consequences of their actions.
Our economy is completely broken. It works for the international corporates, the bureaucrats, the London managers.
It does NOT work for the plumber, the entrepreneur, the farmer, the construction worker, the hairdresser, the nurse, the sole trader, the HGV driver, the police officer.
We must aim to entirely reshape how the economy works so that vast profits made from British workers are not shifted offshore through complex corporate structures whilst working families are bled dry by our corrupt state.
I want family businesses to thrive, entrepreneurs to succeed, risk-takers to flourish. Those who contribute, protect and enhance our society rewarded. I want the shirkers and piss-takers crushed.
That’s what I want. That’s what Restore Britain wants.
I don’t want the parasitic global corporations or our rotten state profiting off the ingenuity and sweat of the British risk-taker. Rotten monopolies that have no respect for the individual will end.
In short – an economy that provides for our people.
There is ONE way out. A Britain that lives within it means. Just as we all have to, our state must do the same. Spend less than it earns. It’s that simple.
That is how we make Britain affordable again, make Britain ambitious again and make Britain work again.
That’s what a Restore Britain Government will deliver.
Release the innate brilliance and tenacity of the British people.
Our entrepreneurial spirit conquered the world before and we can do it again.

One of the hardest things for a human to do is to recognize that an institution they have devoted their life to is corrupt.
Loyalty to an institution often blinds us to the defects of that same institution. Because we define ourselves as being well-intentioned, moral and enthusiastic members of an institution, we have a hard time seeing defects in that same institution because to do so is to acknowledge that we are in some way personally enabling those defects.
This is human nature.
I am commenting on this because I have been troubled by some reactions to @DataRepublican’s recent and ongoing revelations regarding plans by ex-USAID employees to overthrow the Constitution. Many establishment types—people who have invested their lives in the U.S. military or other parts of our federal government—are mocking her findings as the insane ramblings of a conspiracy theorist, and they are similarly mocking those of us who are trying to make sure her findings reach a larger audience.
I kind of get that too—in my time in government there were, in fact, numerous outlandish conspiracy theories widely circulated in the civilian populace that I knew based on personal, insider knowledge were wildly baseless claims.
One example was Hurricane Katrina. I was in the National Military Command Center coordinating support for that disaster, and the conspiracies about the CIA blowing up the levees or George Bush withholding support because he “doesn’t care about black people” were wildly inaccurate and wholly contrived. If you are an insider and you hear enough genuinely whacko conspiracy theories, you tend to start dismissing EVERYTHING you hear that smears your institution as being false.
“The institution I have devoted my life to would NEVER do that.” That’s the thought process.
The fix is to be able to compartmentalize your personal contributions away from the defects of the institution that you had no part in. For example, I am proud of my service in Afghanistan and Iraq, without reservation, because I know the good things my service accomplished. At the same time, I acknowledge that the Department of Defense made many incredible, amoral mistakes in those wars. I am able to acknowledge those mistakes without condemning myself. It is a skill one must develop.
Which brings me back to @DataRepublican‘s findings. If you are one of those institution defenders dismissing what she is showing, you need to look again at the evidence she is presenting. She is backing up everything she reports with video and written evidence—it’s all there. Don’t dismiss her out of hand. Listen to and read the unfiltered evidence she presents from primary sources. Let go of your allegiance to the institutions of our federal government long enough to realize that for decades USAID has been a rogue agency inside our government, and now that President Trump and Secretary Rubio have pushed them out the door, they are conspiring to overthrow our system of government using the very tools they developed during their time with USAID.
It’s all there. Go look for yourself. And realize you can safely condemn the institution without condemning yourself.

a) In his address on Sunday evening, the President of the Republic appeared completely unfit for his office, showing no grasp of the conflict-ridden situation in France—a dramatic consequence of immigration and “Islamo-leftism.”
Looking at these images, we all asked ourselves: what is going on in their heads? How can French people do this to France?
Éric Zemmour did not mince his words: “French” people?
“What we saw yesterday is the true face of the ‘Great Replacement.’ It has a specific appearance: a horde of North African and sub-Saharan barbarians entering our cities. Behind these riots lies an alliance between the revolutionary far-left and the dregs of society. A violent far-left has existed for two centuries, but today it has taken to the streets alongside this rabble. The images speak for themselves”.
b) Charles Rodwell, Renaissance deputy for Yvelines, a French lawmaker from Macron’s party proposes reviving a Ministry of Immigration and National Identity to regain control of migration policy through parliamentary quotas and centralised authority.
c) President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil warned presidential rival Senator Flávio Bolsonaro during a televised debate that he would lose his immunity and face further investigations if he failed to get elected. The exchange has drawn attention to Brazil’s turbulent history of criminal cases against former presidents, which includes Bolsonaro’s father and Lula himself.
d) France and Germany agreed on Friday to soften proposed European Union car emissions rules and support the inclusion of Britain in the bloc’s planned ‘Made in EU’ framework, in a compromise aimed at protecting the competitiveness of Europe’s automotive industry.

1. “Unsenstional news” from France
Were you to start a new blog now in 2026-30, it might be advisable to call it “unsensational news”, as that is what we, meaning all regulars contributing to our range of blogs in this corner of the sphere, are trying to get to … the “real” situation afa we can find that out … the complication being that there’s wide divergence in angles.
Take Steve’s youtube on the aftermath of the Paris riots and add IYE’s (he lives in France):
“Bollox! Was in the heart of the town centre y/ day and not a protest in sight. Nada! Two National police cars circled the town square and one gendarmerie car was in the car park. The two gendarmes got out, locked up and strolled across to a cafe and had their lunch. Protesters were there none. The National police disappeared into the afternoon sun. Alt meejah is no better than the lamestream for trying to create fear and unrest. Shame on whoever plays that game and those numpties repeating it ad nauseam when they should be using the brains the Good Lord gave them.”
Meanwhile, DAD wrote:
“My village was quiet, the two local small towns also; BUT at Poitiers (according to my friend who lives there) was very “hot” in many senses of the word. At Limoge, the very beautiful listed town hall was burned.”

That Telegraph pic, in contrast to this of the interior before:

Now take a quick look at these stills of footage and what do you conclude?

The words springing to my mind include “cordinated, contrived, performative, bussed in, organised by apparatchiki under orders from above, designed to get civil war and simply war going” … look at the Ukraine. We could add “destroying all beauty underpinning a society”, replacing it with brutalism and “quirkery” (see London), just as Saruman was doing in LOTR.
What are the paid agitators striking at? Monuments, artworks, architecture, churches, town halls or trades halls if it’s in Odessa in 2014, with people slaughtered inside.
A few days back … 60 Nigerians from a church slaughtered, laid in a mass grave ditch and buried. Coordinated.
Who would hate ✝️ity that badly? Answer is a ruling gang stacked with Rothschild types, ancient families, royalty, managerialist apparatchiki, henchmen. Let’s imagine, fancifully, that God observes everyone turning away from Him and says “I’m not wanted here, they can fend for themselves now.”
Let’s also fancifully imagine that there is an opposite, evil muvva and now he has free reign, no one is protected any more by the underpinning code, heritage, precepts.
He could have a field day now … mass inversion, conflagration, destruction for the sake of it, killing off the elderly, perverting children, jabbing them and giving them turbocancers … you know the sort of thing … could never happen, right? Just a horror movie script, no more.
No such thing as abortion after birth … no such persons as Lindsey Clancy, Casey Anthony or Fauci or Matt Hancock. One offs, yeah? No pattern.
You believe what you will and I pray you survive.
