7. Folic biz – causes anxiety. Firstly it is causing anxiety to those of us trying to avoid the stuff. Secondly if Them are shoving it in everything they can then it is no wonder the sheep and those who settle for any old junk are suffering high rates of anxiety – seems to be at pandemic levels among the younger generations.

7. Yes about Folic acid biz! Terrible.
. Recently Cuddles and I were very affected by what we both believe was a poisoning by our food; the additives. I knew not to partake, but knowing and doing are different things. It was a taco dinner kit the man picked up one day with a few other things.
Monday or Sunday night I went ahead and used it. Normally I cook from scratch but used it anyway. I knew better. So well what can I expect from that? It is a known thing those kits are rotten
Why did I use the kit? We had been busy and had minced meat to eat or freeze, ,had some delish tomatoes that needed consuming so I broke down and used the kit.
It was tasty but next day we suffered and have had a very rough week. Was it worth the suffering? Iummmm it was good, but not worth the horrible week and wretched reactions of our bodies
It seems to attack the body at the weakest port of call.
It causes heightened inflammation… the worst way. For Cuds it has been joints and bones, which have been extremely inflamed. For me, eyes; one eye in particular. The one already having had an issue lately has been just the pitts! . According to the doctor my food allergies, oil glands , inflammation ( already a concern ) from that Taco kit did the poisoning ….and stress caused it
Well he is right, although I am not normally an overly anxious. However there has been a lot on our plates for several months – more than normal. All of it has gotten under my last nerve. So stress and not getting sleep along with the other has been the….Perfect storm!
Speaking of storms, I beat get back to doing.
