12 Advice for young British people – learn Polish.
A Polish friend, sadly deceased, explained to me one day a few years back why she ran away from Poland as soon as she could. The church is a mafia. Its people control everything inc the government and its overbearing.
Her parents could not understand why she didn’t want anything to do with it even though her schooling was set by the church over family so she attended sunday school etc. In the end her parents chose church so she left as soon as he was able.

Renata was crystal. The catholic church in Poland is a mafia. Too much power, too much control too much influence. It was the reason she left the country of her birth.

Yes, I am sure I understand what you meant about the power of that organization. I am of the Church but not the one that forces itself on us. That could be just any denomination.
What value is love that forces itself? Even in a personal relationship we certainly do not want to be forced to love someone or to be duped into it.
I know you might want to debate that. I doubt I will. Maybe not you, but often the stance people take is one of assumption of how and why I believe such and such. They are taking it from their experience and point of view when actually my faith is not necessarily based upon what or how they think my faith in God Almighty derived. I am not saying you would do that.

She came to work in the local Aldi which was where my wife and I got to know her by chatting in the shop. After the silly virus nonsense was over Aldi opened a new store two towns over (13 miles away) and ss Renata was living in a town between the local and the new she decided to give the new one ago.
We saw her once after that as her boyfriend lived quite close to the local store so we met them shopping one evening. We never saw or spoke again as some six months or maybe a year later another staff member told us she had died. A short spell in a hospice and that was it, game over.
How sad. I am so glad she was able to receive a kindness from you and your wife. I know she appreciated y’all asking about her after she had gone to the other store.

I have known several several people who suddenly….left this earth during the melee and then right after the nonsense was calming down, then another wave started keeling over. Some looked to be fit as fiddles.
This past spring and summer in what appears to be another wave of surprising deaths we saw severe heart issues, Alzheimer’s in fairly young people, aggressive cancers and reoccurring cancers.
How does one observing prove it was the jab? And, really none of them would have wanted to hear that their malady was possibly due to 🗣️’you know what’?
Many of those people proudly plastered their ‘We Can Do This’ signs all over FB or wherever… car stickers, lapel buttons.
