  1. 3c. Shirley a compromise could be found for this man? One suggestion is he voluntarily leaves the country at the end of his term of imprisonment, or he is castrated, either physically or chemically, so he can not reoffend. If the ECHR prevents this option, then leaving it seems like a good idea. Just a thought.
