True. I am about done with that insomnia device myselfie.
It would bring such joy to all of you if I was clobbered unconscious and the device removed from hands with neatly parsed nails. However the meany in me might hold on to it just enough to be a constant irritation, a rash at the back of the neck…what we use to call prickly heat as it twere! 🙁🔥

I adore the blog, the tavern here. I have never made it a secret. I wish I could be more cool and collected. It just seems silly to pretend one thing when perhaps I am another. Not sure I am capable 🤷🏻♀️. Life is too short and precious to game play with people. And as you probably know when one does that sort of thing he/she ends up fooling really only himself/ herself.

It has been a rough season for a variety of reasons. We must never take our friendships and blessings for granted.
It would break my heart if that Insomnia Device Taker Awayer took my handheld device and refused to return it! As Katie Scarlett said to Rhett Butler, Where shall I go? What shall I do? How will I visit UHC’s ?!

You say that you would be broken hearted if your device was taken away. Funnily enough just before going to bed my WiFi went down. Usually it will come back on its own or after a quick reset, this time took ages. I was panic stricken! What will I do without internet? Access to the sports I watch, all the latest news- gone. There is a thin line between comfort and catastrophe.

Oh Andy! Say it ain’t so! How awful for you. It makes being a night owl less attractive! I imagine sleeping after that fright was fitful! I am glad it returned.
This morning I had WiFi but couldn’t get UHCs to come up on my laptop which I use less than my hand held devicey. I was relieved that I was able to conjure it up on the hand held. Finally, it did appear on the laptop.
Another odd thing is something having to do with IYE, recall him? He is missing in action it seems (🙏🙏🙏). Well, the dear man provided a link to a particular site. It came up on my laptop which is a different brand/ kind than my hand held which is la Pomme, on which I was never able to link to that site! I know folks, I am dumb to have la Pomme – a real fruitcake with extra nutz, I am! Shocking, right?
I am thinking I might get some walkie talkies for my family and friends. The situation you shared would be serious over a period of time as well as nerve racking. That film Deluge showed how out of sorts things can be without proper connections.
I believe I shall invest in some good long novels, puzzles, games, darts and activities as well as rules and book of game instructions, gardening tools and accessories, hand sewing and knitting projects. I need to darn too, darn it!
I want you to know something. I had written more here earlier. I had to take a break for a meeting. After that and then getting dinner going I returned and several things were missing. One such topic had to do with drrrrooonnnneeeez. The fly around things. My comment was about how they are to be used and how not be used in a nearby town.
Of course they are not be used to….ummmm….how shall I say(?) … not to look too closely at the folks nor be focused on what they do, wherever they go, when they go, etc.
*Phew* blessed relief no doubt.
Taxpayers would be responsible for buying those flying things with their taxes! The least taxpayers could do is fund those flying things so they can be the focus. Still, citizens just might be tickled to pay for the shenanigans of Them watching out for them.
I recall a certain leader here about 25 years ago when my country had a big meltdown of sorts. The whole world was affected.
In order to make sure we were to be safe after that catastrophe our gov implemented a certain agency to have access to things near and dear to its people’s hearts, ie, personal info of it’s citizenry. They were merely looking out for our safety. So kind.
