11. Was Mecca a lie? – Dropping names I met the historian Tom Holland at The Chalke Valley History Festival, held near Broad Chalke, where he was raised. He’d recently published the first of his two historical biographies called Athelstan: The Making of England (2016). However I was more interested in what happened after Ch.4 broadcast Islam: The Untold Story.
‘In August 2012 Holland produced and presented a documentary for Channel 4 television titled Islam: The Untold Story, which questioned Islamic doctrine that maintains Muhammad founded the religion in Mecca in the 7th century, and that the Quran was transmitted, in full, directly to Muhammad by Allah (God) via the angel Gabriel, rather than being written by a person or persons. Holland argued that there is very little contemporary historical evidence about the life of Muhammad, with no mention of him at all in historical texts until decades after his death, and no mention of Mecca in any datable text relating to him until over a century after he died. He concluded that it is much more likely that Islamic theology developed gradually over several centuries as the Arab Empire expanded, and that descriptions of Muhammad’s home more closely resemble what is now southern Israel than Mecca.
Holland said the programme provoked “a firestorm of death threats” against him. Ofcom and Channel 4 received more than 1,200 complaints about it, although Ofcom found there was no breach of its broadcasting code to investigate. A planned screening of Islam: The Untold Story before an audience of historians was cancelled due to security concerns over threats received by Holland as a result of the documentary. Several religious scholars, including Jenny Taylor, founder of the Lapido Media Centre for Religious Literacy in World Affairs, and Keith Small of the International Qur’anic Studies Association, defended Holland and the right of historians to examine critically the origin stories of religions.
Writing on the Channel 4 website, Holland responded to the criticism by claiming that the origins of Islam is a “legitimate subject of historical enquiry” and that his documentary was “a historical endeavour and is not a critique of one of the major monotheistic religions”. – Wikipedia

14. The Boris damage to the country – only last month in his column for the Daily Mail he suggested mass miscegenation as the cure for what he’d done. Wasn’t the first time either that a Tory has put that idea on the table. We’ve known for decades what Labour think of us (I refer to Gordon Brown and his reply to the United Nations) but few know how deeply into ethnocide are the Tory Party. As it stands neither party gives a damn about who we are as indigenous northern Europeans – a shocking statistic is the number of white European women has dropped to just 1.5% of the world’s population. Do Not Vote People That Hate You.

Bill… deep and probing thoughts. How do we know anything about anything ever if your supposition is used? Excavations, written history of anything, land titles, whatever….
Ya know what ? You could have something there if we apply the same questions across the board…all boards!
There are meddling hands in and out and around (prepositions partay) every bit of what has and is going on in our world. Gaslighting is Thems’ tactic to confuse us and to keep us from focusing and paying attention.
It seems to me the suppositions of planting fake things or jumping to silly conclusions is directed at Christianity and not toward other religions although I put forth that Christianity is not a religion. It is a way of life.
Religion can be anything people idolize. We should apply the critical principles you aptly applied to the possible excavation of Nazareth, the childhood home of Jesus who is my Saviour.
Apply your questions to telly presenters and/or, better yet, to those who write the scripts or, better yet, those who tell the script writers what to tell the presenters what to say.
We should apply all probing questions to all we are told from the those who have placed themselves up on high who meddle and tinker with everything in quite suspicious ways.

Religion I define as mind control.
Its the same for every claim for something beyond living memory. There is no way to prove any of them for oneself which leaves the field wide open.
The thing is through my wandering through historical events and characters it became obvious those who desire authority in the present pull two illusions at the same time.
Firstly they get as many people as possible looking into “a future” which manifests as people actually doing as they have been told.
Secondly they invent “a past” that no-one can prove or disprove.
The reason is their idea of authority over others is rooted in control of the past.
Doesn’t matter whether one thinks this is the devil, humans, aliens, inter dimensional beings, divinities, etc etc keeping these two illusions running the fact remains they are running and we individually have the capability to see them for what they truly are and abandon them to live in the present, be present if one prefers, which is the place life is actually lived.
Trouble is most people ignore their innate abilities and hand off responsibility for self to “authority”. Nowadays they have regressed even further by invoking the mobile computer masquerading as phone screen as the access to the words of the authority.

Even those professing to be awake are still cow towing to authority in one form or another. In other words they talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. Paper tigers.

There is such a thing as the right way to live. Its dressed up in words such moral, ethical, righteous etc but strip that dressing away and you know the truth.
What has happened is a new word was invented that takes up all the dressing words and leaves out the truth. That word was religion. Religion was used by men primarily, to persuade other people, men primarily, that they can only discover truth by following the word of the religion.
It doesn’t matter what it is one believes that belief cannot be shared with another living being that is blindingly obvious and something we all know whether we accept it or not is another matter. Religion offers up a promise of guaranteeing that your belief, if it aligns with the religions words, will get you something after the death of the physical body.
It offers one an authority outside of yourself that will guide you in the religions version of the way to live by successfully persuading one to inculcate its version of what personal responsibility is thus blinding the persuaded to the truth of their innate knowing the right way to live.
Government works the exact same way.

JH: There are aspects of this which are quite right … is that innate thing there inside you or not (?), plus to rely on a “religion” in the way IYE pointed out … that which I call churchery, regalia, gobbledegook … that’s not it at all … nor charismatics, Jim Jones, Manson … but what modern secularists completely miss is the power within the Word when taken as a whole, the whole history of Man inside it … plus one last point … the Triune God certainly does exist but that is only ever revealed to those “buying the ticket”. There is zero percentage in bothering arguing with hardened cocooning and the lack of logic in the atheist mind. It can’t be forced. I never bother.
Thankfully throughout my life I have never argued with a believer of religion. My position set in during my teen RE periods and is there is no point, so on the rare occassions the conversation is turned to religion I shut up, nod in agreement and create a quick exit.
Same modus operandi works well on football, science, climate stupidity, government, the fearful (currently the russians are coming crap) and just about any situation where the person I am engaged in talking to simply wants to hear the words in their head coming out of my mouth…
Although today I have the most unexpected gift working for me
Outside of my immediate family I know everyone who talks to me has on their person their government regulated electronic universe device and at some point in the conversation it will play a ditty, a clip of muzak, “ping” or vibrate and as they are good zombies programmed to respond to the stimulus I can execute my rapid exit marking them as another to avoid if I see them coming.
