Morning all. Beautiful weather, the wild flowers in my garden are a marvel. Must 20 or 30 different ones – I seeded them on purpose to help out the butterfly population. Here in Poole it easily made 28°C yesterday and I’m expecting a degree or two more today. Nothing like the summer of ’76 however, back then when you opened the front door it was like opening the door of an oven on Gas Mark 8. Unlike 1976 this heatwave is area specific, so in Scotland for instance, or the South-West it’s just warm. This is after all summer time 🙂
