(Two hours which I watched in chunks interrupted by deliveries etc and blasted Apple still trying to get me to install their pay system – even as I was watching the video their pop-ups were appearing – aargh!)

The mind virus that once you get to a certain age you have to concede to an inevitable decline causes you to give up. The brain will believe what ever you tell it so knock those negative thoughts on the head.
