8. One who actually is at the top of her game … Lainey

Some years back, on Gab, Lainey must have been getting a few too many DM requests and trollery, so she changed from a younger her profile pic to the current one of a lady of maturity. She lost the dross of course and kept the good ones, except for me who still has an eye for her:

I don’t spend a lot of time on Gab these days, as they’re pulling the “pay huge money” stunt themselves, which I don’t blame them for, plus the political commentary tends to be very Donny God Emperor, plus it overextends the Higham visiting-venues a tad too far, given I should be spending more time doing daily constitutionals for life.

6. The need for a morning constitutional

Until now, I’ve been able to rely on exercise bike, weight training and stairs down and up to get the post. In the light of the past few days, that cannot be now. I did a light weights thingy yesterday but had to keep it away from heart.

This morning, I went for a daily constitutional, a new idea to me, and hopefully it worked, shall see.
