Quiet on the roads today, managed to fill the car with diesel at the third attempt. Over a £100 but should last me several months. Spring is here so the bike gets a dusting and the tyres pumped. It’s buttered mash and mushy peas with my piece of cod tonight 🙂

16. Who is surprised that the canals of Amsterdam are full of bicycles? The crosswinds there can be wicked, I’d think twice before cycling anywhere near a canal. Especially after a bevvy or three.
