Whilst the concern over their methane reduction methods are a concern there is an elephant in the room here. Big Agri presence in the UK (and beyond). I bet they don’t have to worry about inheritance tax.
I never buy the packaged mix. Blocks of ‘simply, and only, butter’ ends up in my basket – that Irish stuff is lovely. A little forethought avoids that ‘ frozen chunks on destroyed bread’, and the taste, ooh, that taste. Plus it’s half the price of the packaged chemical stuff.
