The Center for Renewing America paper says the House can refuse to swear in a member it decides cannot take the constitutional oath in good faith. No conviction. No trial. A simple majority vote. It names the Democratic Socialists of America. Its conclusion also lists Muslim movements, in a paper that claims to reject religious tests.
The steps are plain. Build a file on the member before January 3. Treat state certification as a starting point only. Object when the oath is called. Make the member stand aside. Vote to exclude. Declare the seat vacant. The authors say they welcome the court fight. Of course they do. The seat sits empty while the case crawls.
There is a hole in the plan. Excluding someone takes a House majority, and prediction markets give Democrats about 90 percent odds of winning the House. The polling average has them up about eight points.
So I believe the plan starts earlier, with the roll.”

Xer Joy Howell: Martial law will create anarchy. The absolute worst thing that could possibly happen. Our Sheriff’s MUST keep their oath to our Constitution. Period. DR(sc): Didn’t realize that Trump was being egged to use martial law in the midterms. This article was written one day before I started publishing the document dump. What if I had the timeline of 2027 wrong, and this was supposed to be the actual provocation?
