Trying to escape folic acid (and bovaer)

… while still buying from UK supermarkets. An increasingly difficult task with so much subterfuge going on.

Clearly labelled wholemeal all over the packet but it also mentions ciabatta … so I’m expecting wholemeal ciabatta:

Read the fine print below. “Meets”? At this stage, I ask … do all UK food customers have to go through forensic investigation, just to ensure non-toxic nutrients, esp. when the firms show not the slightest interest in providing pure foods? Is it unreasonable to demand non subterfuge and non adulteration?


And demand it where? In the MSM? In parliament or congress? Hardly. Obviously only on socmed. What of all the other poor sods in society?
