A year ago I had a carcinome basso-cellulaire on my ear removed. There was a 1 cm diameter semi-circle on the edge of my ear removed. Apart from being thinner, the ear regrew, including the ‘curl’ at the edge in about 6 months.
Ears heal quickly. Don’t be so dismissive of thing of which you know nothing.
