3.7 Augment this with: Get comfortable; room temp, clothes/blankets, lighting, position. do the 4-7 breathing, AND THEN, when this is automatic, start counting seconds in your head. Aim for a target e.g. 180 and if reached, start again. Think of nothing else but the number you’re counting.

Good that they are being honest. The point of all these rules is to remove ICE engines and get everyone on electric that can be fully controlled by the state.
