… seeing as how many are in Britain freezing just now (not sure about France and the US). Here, we’re on minus 4 (25F) and they say minus 6 (21F) coming up tonight … tomorrow same, Sunday near same … then it miraculously jumps to plus 7 (45F) for some days, even higher … which is when they say the gas runs out. All deliberate of course.

… you know … the one with O’Bummer and Donny.

Never heard of this Truman Show till Toodles sent a link and here’s Wiki on it. I must have been on the next stage over, in my own reality show perhaps. It reminds me of 905 from decades before. A bit. Or the Eloi in The Time Machine (I prefer the modern version for once with Samantha Mumba).

Toods also sent an analysis of that funeral by that guy who sees himself as the body language expert … he doubles as The Royal Rogue. In comments, I quite liked this take on it:
