It’s a wordpress site hosted in Lithuania, created on the 11th of this month. The hosting company itself is probably genuine, and has been around for 20+ years. Whoever created this has deliberately obfuscated any contact details; the only ones are the phone and abuse email address for the hosting company.
It has search friendly tags embedded within it – it’s possible to trace the account through Gargle, but I couldn’t be bothered. All of the linked “news” items are scraped from somewhere, probably a feed that uses YT. I didn’t bother tracing where the actually link to.
Best guess – a scammer monetising other people’s genuine content AND probably taking the incautious reader somewhere they don’t want to go.
