Friday [7 to 9]

(1041) Not a happy chappy on three counts … four counts … not a happy chappy on four counts. (1053)

9. Rupert Lowe

… plus Reform overall, with Farage holding 60%of the shares. Who owns the rest … Tice? Rupert shows poor judgment if he votes for killing the elderly, given how sensitive the issue is. Just abstain.

As for Farage/Tice … now Jenkyns … it’s obvious they’re trying to Tory-ise the party, wanting to curb us. Yet they got in on the backs of us. Ben Habib was a bad loss.

8. Zuckerberg

What the hell is the Donald playing at? Zuckerbucks was at Mar-a-Lago. Put that together with the other picks … hmmmm. Plus at the time of writing this, he’s not appointed Kash Patel to anything but has appointed many women who are hardly tough enough nor bstd enough (bitchy?).

7. Adulterating our food … maybe …

… maybe that’s the cause, maybe it’s something worse. Woke up this morning in danger from core body temp drop … this is far worse than lurgy or injury or whatever, as it’s core functioning. Usual it’s circulation or heart itself since the 2017 heart attack and stent.

This today was something other … yes, the past few days have seen stabs of pain around the bod but the cold has had much to do with it … as of 1046 today, I’ve been out and about, temp is rising out there, will be 15C on Sunday … and I’m certainly better(ish), able to type, which I could not do well earlier.

So first factor, the cold, is very much an issue … once I dive back to bed with two 13.5 tog down and feather duvets … all is well in ten minutes. Diet is good overall, not much junk, proper food, plus moving about a lot really helps.

The second factor is heart meds … correlation between taking them and soon after, feeling quite off. I should probably be off one or two now, definitely on the others … I dropped off a few days to see. So the issue is which should I stop? As we no longer have GPs, and as I’m always ill after a visit to the doc’s, but as I do not wish to self-diagnose further than that, it’s an impasse. Phone consultations don’t exist now in the NHS … besides, these sre cardio, not GP, plus I think medicos are trying to kill us now.

The third factor is the milk, discussed yesterday here and continued today at X and at Legiron’s. There’s a double whammy for me. For a start, my blood group should not be on high dairy anyway, yet I have been for decades, no issue. Now illness seems to follow dairy, has for about two months, since they changed the milk. Dot dot dot.

Fourth factor of three is the water. Often ill after coffee … is it the coffee, the dairy or the water. Sometimes after sipping boiled and cold(ened) water a lot, I’m feeling off.

Fifth factor of three is the chem poisoning … was outside earlier and they were seeding again.

Friday [3 to 6]

(0721) Morning everyone. Red dawn out there … 5C but meant to climb to 9C, to 15C by Sunday. Interesting … visited some sites and no one was punditing … assuming they were using phones, where were they? Maybe they use PCs and they go to a cold room for it. (0802)

Thursday [15 till close of play]

(1619) Very cold just now … inside … checking temperature … 3C (37F). (1806) Too cold just now, draughty abode … useful overall but not in 2C … I’m in bed already.

11. Brave but will the people forget too easily?

The problem there is how much support he gets … 500 people paying a fiver a month till he’s back on his feet would help, local businesses offering work too … danger is that the fifteen minutes passes, everyone forgets … young man is down the chute.
