Ronald Howard and H. Marion Crawford (who apparently had a drinking problem in RL) carry this series and imho … very well too. I did have another episode, Perfect Husband but the whole notion of defenceless woman/girl at the mercy of a cad/bounder I am certainly not watching, let alone for entertainment. This is not saying females are angels themselves … well you know all this.

Note to all … this is shaping up as a frenetic Monday as usual, housework day, so it’s going to be a bit piecemeal in the afternoon in particular.
