Uh huh. If I recall correctly the currency used was euros and Swiss francs. Nothing shady about that. [sarc] I don’t think it went through American banks either. It was claimed it was an installment to repay money US had seized in the 70s around the time the Shah was sent on his way. Bit hazy about the details but seem to recall there were some hostages being held by Iran when Obummer sent the dosh but O stated it wasn’t a ransom. 😉
