23. Kristi Noem out

Yes, I said 22 was last but events move on. Ryan Fournier:

“Kristi Noem is officially OUT at DHS. President Trump showed her the door after she tried to throw him under the bus during her testimony over that ridiculous $200 million ad campaign. You don’t cross Trump! Senator Markwayne Mullin is stepping up to take the job.”

Right, I thought it was over some money she diverted but this above seems to be it. Trouble is, with her outside, peeing in, it’s not as good as being inside etc. (LBJ).

22. Three issues

This is my last post item for this evening, not just because of weariness but because I’m mightily peeved, over three issues.

One is Cornyn and that’s the biggy, second is Starmer telling those killers and rapists they were the new face of Britain, together with that Tik Tok dancing, rubbing our faces in it … plus there’s a more personal one, minor in scope, minor in annoyance but still nigglingly annoying, because it’s also taking the P in its own way. In more genteel terms … “extracting the micturation” or taking the mickey.

Let’s look at Cornyn. Trump is playing a game with MAGA, the ones who elected him, plus the GOP House and Senate. He’s already pulled some stunts such as appointing Bondi and even at this moment, Trump ultra-loyalists are saying: “Trust him, has he ever let us down?”

Well yes, he has. Start with J6. But the worst aspect is he’s so convinced of his own deal-making prowess, yet he’s outmanoeuvred over and over, e.g. McCarthy. People tell him things and he feels he can read a person, they’d never lie to him, coz he’s the Donald.

They take him all the way along the line.

No one is saying his bold moves are bad … Venezuela, Greenland, even Iran, insulting the opposition, work ethic … these are things he does very well. But he still gets taken by charlatans and bad players within his own citadel. He might think it’s all very clever not to endorse Ken Paxton, reasoning that MAGA will be so incensed, they’ll all get up and vote Paxton in the runoff.

He might think he can then make the deal of endorsing “worst of the worst” RINO Cornyn over loyal Paxton. Smug Trump fanatics can say, “Just wait, he has something up his sleeve.” How many times more? To even make that deal with Thune … you endorse Cornyn and I’ll pass SAVE … no, first pass SAVE, then endorse if you must.

The worst of it is that even if his calculations are right and Paxton is quids-in, Trump has yet again slapped a loyal MAGA in the face … I’m not sure Donny understands loyalty. It’s a bit like Farage … ride in on loyalist coat-tails … then just drop them and do a Starmer with the Moosies, whilst claiming on TV he’s not.

This is the type of untrustworthiness, through seeing yourself as a Papa Donny or Papa Nige, which does not ultimately wash with a highly disgruntled public. Fine being arrogant with the foe … good strategy … but with your loyalists?

Hypothetically, imagine if Donny tried to bring Bannon back … a busted flush, a pair of twos, on the grounds that SKB had been in the naughty corner for long enough, let’s just forgive and forget … no bleedin’ way! He was rightly exposed and has in no way been exonerated yet. First hold hearings and exonerate him officially … then start thinking of sneaking him back in.

Which brings me to Starmer. He’s the odd one out … in no way one of the goodies, clearly pure enemy or in thrall to enemy, whatever, anti-Britain. In a sense, he’s not as annoying as such … he’s straight out enemy, just as is Beijing or Kiev or the Spanish PM. Needs removing.
