Re the “MN Best Practices Guide” – I downloaded the video, and managed to screenshot each page. On at least two of them it specifically tells people NOT to take weapons (even a pocket knife) when observing. I guess Alex Pretti didn’t read that, or decided to ignore it. Further down it gives some phrases to use when helping foreigners – one lot is in Spanish the other in Somali. I think we can see where their priorities lie…
