The first one is Eva, who is now with child. Don’t know the second but she’s with a group of commando veterans, and she’s a veteran herself – Iraq and Afghanistan Operational Service Medals. The RAF pin is a giveaway and the Chinook poppy brooch would suggests she was flight crew for that type. Third is Kayleigh McEnany: Press Secretary in Trump’s first administration.
