11. Vigilance
… quite different to vigilante. Vigilance is 270 degree vision, noticing and filing, placing yourself into a middling place where you say … yes, show me the snippet and if it can be corroborated, well there it is … it goes into the mix. For example:

10. Ian J (also at 941)
Angry rant here:
I haven’t seen any reports of this in the British Propaganda machine, although it happened on Thursday – and whoever asked us in the UK if we wanted to prolong the Ukraine war? – certainly not 2Tier! It’s acts like this by our useless politicians, ‘just’ obeying orders as usual, that disgust me about the one-party state that Britain has become.
Our greedy ‘neocon elites’ seem to be trying to start their own war with russia (after commiting us to completely unachievable goals and promising $300Billion (from where?) to the most corrupt state in Europe) just to gain control of their mineral resources..
a. from RT:
Kremlin reacts to UK plans for military build-up in Ukraine
‘The 100-year bilateral agreement, signed by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Thursday, states that the two nations will “explore options for deploying and maintaining defense infrastructure in Ukraine, including military bases, logistics depots, reserve military equipment storage facilities and war reserve stockpiles.”
The UK has been one of the most vocal supporters of Kiev’s war effort. In the 100-year agreement, it has committed to no less than £3 billion ($3.66 billion) in annual military assistance to Ukraine until financial year 2030/31.’

b. from Southfront
‘Kiev found itself a new supreme patron. Expectedly, it turned out to be Great Britain. Zelensky and the kingdom’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer signed a 100-year strategic partnership agreement.
As part of it, London will allocate 3 billion dollars from frozen Russian assets to Kiev, transfer 150 barrels of artillery, expand the training of the Ukrainian military and help in the creation of long-range weapons.
Britain will also become a key partner for the Ukrainian energy sector, meaning it will participate in the extraction of critical minerals and the production of “green steel.” Military cooperation between the two countries will be strengthened in the field of maritime security through a new structure to enhance the security in the Azov, Baltic and Black Seas.’

7. It’s not just the females who are fraught today
It’s not enough to see something bleedin’ obvious, like this:

… and to just leave it at that, not exploring further.
Situation’s also hardly helped by that Welsh gang or “council” advertising for the type of invader to come here and in that ad were white female kids. Why? How? Because it’s all broken down, innit now.
It’s not enough to just accept that … lay it only on the Pakis and deathculters … if you see yourself as any kind of investigative pundit, you must also look at your own people. Why are those girls even out alone? Why are they in parks, in supermarkets alone, walking to the shops alone? Out late at nightclubs?
Well firstly, it ain’t safe now out there for anyone western. Why? Collusion of the Uniparty, plus sexualisation of kids by the new heads and teachers, poor to no parenting, brat culture, Wokery, vilification of any who would protect kids, fewer fathers at home, as if single motherhood is acceptable as an aimed-for lifestyle, abortion at whim as a lifestyle, even to full term, so-called “entertainment” today, kids with phones with data, the whole tranny excrescence, plus feminazis influencing kids.

”Virtuous” is a dirty word for young females today … have to be super-heroines, kick-butt, stronger than any man … and female kids lap it up, it appeals to the very essence of femalehood, young or older. Why did females in film go from damsels in distress, not too bright … to know-all THOTs who take their pick at whim?
MMutR* (many females in the family),reacted to my telling him about the Pakistani mother of two rapist sons … “those girls throw themselves at my sons … all white, those girls, tarts”. MMutR said yeah … badge of honour the girls wear to have been laid by one of those imported bad men.
What can one say? Still not right for those police and social workers to ignore it, treat kids as adult prostitutes … still not right, criminal negligence in fact … but one can see why they thought that way. Why were those girls even free to do that? For a start … where were the fathers? It always comes back to that … why were the fathers not there?
Two part answer … the males the women went with were feckless, never going to hang about and then there was the hook-up self-worth of the women themselves. During my teaching days, two girls came out of a room once verballing each other with “you slut”, “you’re just a whore” etc. etc., laughing. That was clearly their summum bonum … “virtuous” having no place in their Cyndi Lauper, now Taylor Swift culture.
So, to go back to the opening screenshot … yes, true as far as it goes … but it does not go anywhere near far enough, does it? It does not turn the spotlight on westerners themselves. Recently, there was the 1057 men in twelve hours Bonnie Blue … obvious cougar with huge mental issues, as with that Lily Phillips.
Why did that go viral, by the way, with either wonderment from one mindset or tut-tut reproof but also wonderment from another. If you still know nothing about any of that … good, you’re still sane, not lost.
See, it’s not just those underage girls plus the predators, both white and deathcult, all sorts of demographics … just look at Westminster paedos now surfacing … in short, huge numbers right across society at it. It’s not just that. Why?
Because the old checks and balances, and therefore decent enough moral compasses, have gone the way of all things. This is not just about Pakis and “our” girls … this is about the whole sickness across western society, plus ….
… in hotels, B&Bs, on the Bibi Stockholm, flown and bussed into every town and village across the land are huge numbers of fighting age men, just awaiting the word from above. What else are they here for in those numbers, only males by the way?

5. Chagos Islands

A solution I see, perhaps you do too, in the light of Greenland, is that DJT sends in his son to conduct a referendum among islanders and if positive, they “sponsor” the islands without officially annexing them … thereby keeping them “western”.
Ball is then in Two-Tier’s court … declare war on the USA?

4. State Pension

First thing s … don’t expect any compassion or understanding from the young … all ages see what’s coming to them themselves and who’s standing in their way … sort of an extension of the karen principle … with or without justification.
With justification is playing by the rules all your working life, how much income tax and NI contributions you’ve made, what you were promised back then and what you had to give. Without justification is the younger benefits culture, plus the new freeloaders … beware anyone speaking of “wealth” and its “distribution”, as if some greedy-eyed pot for freeloaders to dip into. The Woke left.
Issue is … how ready are the current generation to honour commitments from long ago? I’m looking, for example, at mid-boomers … it’s daunting to think how time passes … look at succeeding generations … Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z and now Gen Alpha. Four generations.
All right, let’s go back the other way … War generation, Crash and Depression onwards gen, post-WW1 onwards, pre and during WW1 … that’s four generations before boomers. Now my question is … let’s say that, post-WW1, returnees married, made agreements, expecting those agreements to be honoured. Would boomers have been happy to honour those, had they known the fine detail?
I’m answering yes, in principle, given that they, the boomers, stood to gain by their own agreements with the Man. But what of a generation today where all bets are off, insane policies have shrunk the pension pot producers through taxation?
I read a news story decades ago … MSM … where Gen X, feeling hard done by, were saying any agreements with Boomers would have to be re-evaluated later. Interesting how they were quite happy to dispossess, by the stroke of a pen, any who’d made legal agreements … as long as it was not them of course.
My point is how much time really had passed in each case. I mean … how concerned are you about an agreement that part of the pension pot was due newly married and working post-WW1ers … simply because it had been agreed? Does it bind you or does it, as with Gordon Brown, mean greedy eyes can raid it whenever they want?
What’s equitable here?

2. Alberta and secession
Trump had a chat to Danielle and pointed out the autonomous republic model, which Russia also runs … to my mind, the most sane solution … I saw it in operation where I was … also in Victoria, Australia. From what I can gather, Canada tried to be too Ontario and Quebec centrist, historically, esp. when it comes to resources … always it comes back down to resources, e.g. lithium in North Carolina, resources in the Donbass.
There’ll always be secessionists, e.g. Catalonia and these are the sorts of things they’ll point out:

15. What does NOT make a good film/movie?
Let us count the criteria … I can only list those special to li’l ole me.. This is one:

It’s not just overt sex for sex’s sake, demanded these days … look, if you want the full-on thing, there are these sites ya know. To my mind, a movie is different and using cheap gimmicks such as sex or violence or in In Bruges, gross pottymouthing the entire time … that’s not a great movie.
Pushing political views, even our own in wartime, say … nah, it detracts from the standing of the film. For sure have a credible villain, maybe working for a dastardly group … fine … but not too easy to define, ok?
Certain actors/actresses … if they’re in it, I’m not in the theatre … and it’s quite different for you, for me … my list might seem bizarre .. no-nos include Brando, deNiro, Grace Kelly, Stanwyk, Dustin Hoffman, Dreyfus, Michael Caine half and half, Al Pacino, Jason Statham, Bette Davis, Joan Collins, Burton or Taylor, John Wayne … essentially those up themselves, e.g. Sting … or too associated with causes. There are many. Not Jack Lord but yes to Robert Stack, Robert Mitchum.
Needs the works … great opening, range of settings, some SFX, some action, romance, comedy, mystery, plausible plot with no gaping holes, sex and violence just hinted at, using the imagination … not overly American nor overly British, not overly ethnic in any way … different ethnicities in context all right.
The ladies might need a great leading man and support … I need a great leading lady and her support gals.
Nothing nauseating, e.g. in Casino Royale when the baddy gets testicular with Bond … no sick sex of any rainbow flavour. In real life, I can handle some female on female but not in a film please.
They need to take the tale seriously, not be hamming it up, “interpreting” in their own idiosyncratic way.
In short … there are few movies I’d sit with anyone to watch.
14. Kristi Noem
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem will appear before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee today as part of the confirmation process for her nomination to Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary. This nomination hearing will likely be combative and filled with opposition.
The original hearing for Noem was postponed due to “paperwork issues.” Democrats now will advance against Noem because the DHS role is critical to border insecurity. However, with President Trump appointing Border Czar Tom Homan to the border and illegal alien crisis, Noem has a point of support but not direct action in her responses. Noem has previously held a very strong pro-immigration perspective given her deep connection to Big Ag.
The Democrats will likely shift to issues of ‘national security’ in their pointed questions. However, these are also the types of national security issues that Noem has a tendency to frame around constitutional freedoms, liberties, and restrictions against the rights of Americans. Points that are directly in her wheelhouse. The Democrat Senators would also like to weaponize the controversial parts of Noem’s recent book.
Ladies at Lunchtime
As promised (threatened?) … three young ladies, two modestly dressed … one with a strident voice, one with a soft, one too young … all “nice girls” … message ain’t bad either.
Of the four … these three, plus the one in the cadence post … who sounds most listenable to you?
