13. Starmer and Labour – a look at the tired old line he trotted out today: “I will never walk away from the mandate I was given to change this country, I will never walk away from the people that I’m charged with fighting for, I will never walk away from the country that I love”.
Well, his 2024 mandate consisted of one third from those who bothered to vote – from the electorate as a whole it was just 9.7%. The change he’s talking about is what mass immigration is achieving for Labour and its socialist goal of a one-party state – If you can’t get the change want change the people, they concluded. As for loving this country I see no evidence of that, just today it was announced that HM Government would henceforth be known as UK Government.
