Everything is for the companies convenience now. A *cough* smart phone app is easy for them to generate and reduces staffing costs but creates a two tier society of have and have nots. Don’t have a phone then tough luck. everything is the expensive option and eventually you won’t even be able top travel.
We will do anything, pay anything and give up anything for convenience.
Bring on the phone issues with the networks and then we will see how happy punters are. Add in hackers and we will see how convenient it is.
