Her: Do you always address ladies this way?
Me: Ah, thought you might be a lady, forgive me. I’m also well aware that men are some of the worst hypocrites, cheats, demanding impossible criteria in a lady which they would never apply to themselves. Plus many get violent and dismissive, esp. those from certain demographics.
Her: Ah, so we are on the same page after all. (I invite her into the cafe, opening the door, sure there’s enough cash on me.)
(Seated, she opens the banter) Anyway, Mr. James, what should it matter where I’ve been? Do you plan to take my virginity at our first meeting or indeed any time before our courtship and marriage?

2. DAD at 1123:2 for Monday and welcome back

d) I found this video, but have not been able to confirm the details. If it is correct, then I predict a division in the Roman Catholic Church in the near future. (JH: I’ve not looked through yet, still loading Monday 1-5, but shall do, though my next stop will be Ann Barnhardt, plus anything on X.
1. Housekeeping
The first thing I saw, after the piece of doggerel, was a note from DAD that he could not get a youtube to expand at 1123:2. That may well have been so on his device, with his provider or sometimes, it can be ours … we are subject to two devices, providers, ancillary functionaries. It only takes one setting in Settings to bgr it up, scuse my French.
Unfortunately for us, the only way is testing variable after carisble, one at a time, to see what “grabs” or not. As it turns out, it’s working here, so might be across Britland, only readers can say.
Second point is my numbering at 1123 … it neglects Andy and DAD’s second … that’s because it is related to DAD 1123:2, rather than a new theme. The second YT url is the same video as the first. So it’s not snubbing in any way, chaps, just a quirk of the numbering system.
