Strangers on a bus

I take issue with some of his comments, but thenI grew up in the 60’s. The age of repairing things (including leaks) is still alive in this property, but parts often come from Ebay as there aren’t many specialist shops around now. I’ve just fixed Mum’s old Singer sewing machine (50 years & 2 weeks old), so I could patch up her peg bag, and my Oxy Acetylene torch was needed to get one of the broken drive gears free from its shaft. Naturally the peg bag is used when hanging washing out, but this goes on a rotary line to save space, and at least 3 of my neighbours do likewise. If the weather isn’t suitable I run the 47 year old tumble dryer, which also needed the Oxy torch to change the motor bearings at least 15 years ago. I’ll still say “Hello” to people on the street, and stand in queues, but my patience isn’t what it was. And I’m trying to use cash where I can..
micro!
I am so impressed with how handy you are. I have an old Singer sewing machine too. As far as the age of the machine, even down to the plus 2 weeks as you amasingly shared, I cannot say. It might be older than I . Well nothing is that old!
The other items that you, microwave, aka, Mister Fix-it, shared is impressive too. Guess I will have to watch that video after all!
Also you don’t have to say a word. Just get to fixin’!
