1. Sleep patterns do determine much
… not sure why mine should be early evening to early morn, our time, but there it is. I was thinking it was in line with the years in Oz but it seems more in line with Russia when it had a three hour difference. Wondering if it’s affected by all this blocking out the sun evil but one thing it might be is the number of North Americans and those downunder corresponding, plus neighbours on evening shift getting home about now. Plus the nature of this punditry “work” in itself.
What I do know is that … were I to attempt screen reading and collating at our mid-evening, esp. given the heart playing up at that time, it would not be doing justice to your drops. Twenty years ago I’d have been able to press on … now I know there’s ten minutes left at onset, then … crash.
And yet here I am at our 0253, quite fresh and able to operate, yet knowing I’ll crash again in an hour. Makes a man unemployable I should think.
