Make sure you order several containers of bone broth on your next grocery order. Also maybe have other items on hand too. If the broth is too plain you can add lemon juice, even tomatoes…fresh or canned.  I would do that soon…just in case. 

Also, teas, and epsom salt as well as the other suggestions given by her.  

I hope you get all or at least most of her suggestions and not need to use any of it. Well, the vitamin rich foods you will use now as well as if you come down with the malady.
