20. Sidelight on ethno-nationality

19. Climate scam news

18. Schools do seem woke hellholes now

17. Patterns of employment

16. Last on Armistice Day for now

Two items to finish this remembrance … first is from History Girl:

Second is from me, trying to put Armistice Day in context. It starts early morning, at dawn, in the Antipodes and as you know, the earth turns, the 11 a.m. moves on westwards.

So Singapore and other places with Allied troops still there commemorate it, Poland does for example … and then France:

Then we cross the ditch to Britain and …

NOTHING, not a bleedin’ thing!

Not officially, though many do post on social media, free of the MSM, pollies, the Wokerati and the far left.

Then it crosses the pond, past various islands and reaches the US and Canada. Finally it goes full circle back to NZ. In that 24 hour continuum, the only major nation among the Allies to let everyone down is the UK.

However, that’s only officially. On a site such as X, it was beautiful watching it go around the world, as Christmas does and there were many Brits posting about the commemoration, reading those words, hearing that sound. They preferred to do it internationally today. As some of us did here at HQ and over at OoL.

So it’s now done for us, 1157, nearly afternoon, and it crosses the pond. I love such continuums around the world.
