I’d be interested to know where Dr Ingram found this. A friend of mine, a serving soldier of some years, and rank, knew nothing about this, and thinks it may be deliberate disinformation to try and change people’s minds about the military. While any such concerns would be through the chain of command, as any concerns would be, he says he has never heard of WARP. However, we would both be willing to be corrected.
