The English election results
The LibDem took Runcorn, I’ve mentioned Andrea Jenkyns in Lincolnshire, a straight dissident Tory, also there’s a councillor just elected … by-election win in Bridgend, Wales, Councillor Clatworthy. It will continue.
All good, even the Lib Dem, and the ground game was good. With all the will in the world, Rupert’s not politically organised and there are those who just don’t like Ben Habib, so the momentum is with Farage/Tice/Yusuf.
There are similarities to Canada … how could people fail to see? And the answer is that they are under the control of the box and radio … how many are actually online at X, Rumble, other platforms, what percentage? The thinkers and the curious do see the trap, all too clearly, but like Sarah Connor at the wire fence in Terminator 2, no one hears … it’s designed that way.
The Reform wins are certainly important in the context of prising Starmer out, which was contrived from the get-go … it allows Farage a Prime Minister In Waiting platform, ra ra ra … they can now have thunderous debate in the House and the rhetoric will flow.
Except concerning the imported army waiting, except for the state of cities and towns, except for those raped girls and unmentioned boys and goats. As more than one Reform supporter tweeted … who cares about the army of fighting men waiting to be deployed, who cares about a few girls who had it coming?
It’s all about Nigel looking good on the box, innit, making all the right noises. And that’s the long and short of it. No one will accept that underage kids cannot make such decisions, that the menacing army in cushy digs is not there for the betterment of the people. The people do not wish to face up to it. Nor to the parents and teachers pushing these evil sex and drug lifestyles onto children.
This thing is all about “as long as I’m all right, Jack”.
Until it isn’t all right.
