Sunday [1 to 4]

(0634) Morning all, even if still dark. (0749)

4. There was an Elon quote

… which unfortunately I deleted a week or two back, in the usual mass deletions, to the effect that in the midst of all the horrors, to keep perspective and calm mind … redolent of the WW2 posters here to stay calm and carry on.

It’s a double-edged sword because Them are asking you to accept privation upon privation they keep piling upon you and to stay cheerful. Uh huh. Second word is “off” and the moment there’s the chance, the miscreants are gone.

On the other hand, it’s good general advice because of that thing called one’s mental health … these Fs, to revert to swearing for a moment … have the common people at their mercy … the last crims on earth who should be in charge of anything whatever …

… but we know that. Keep cash in a box? Uh huh. One violent storm and we’re all goners? Uh huh. Warning … religious plug coming up now from me, readers, click out while you can.

Comfort

There is very much a course open to every individual, I’ve dropped firm hints for a few years now … to my mind, it’s the only sanity preserver possible, other than having a naturally stoic disposition, which I do not have, I become anxious if I fail to make moves not to be anxious … and there was a Man, soon to be on a cross, who told his followers that he would send the Comforter … I can vouch for the efficacy of that, so can thousands over the two millennia … but it only works if you straighten up and fly right.

That is … as long as we get our own house in order, then his side of the contract is also honoured.

lllegitimi non carborundum

There’s a certain amount of “Illegitimi non carborundum” in this as well, which translates thus:

Illegitimi non carborundum is a mock-Latin aphorism, often translated as: “Don’t let the bastards grind you down”. The phrase itself has no meaning in Latin and can only be mock-translated. (Wiki)

It’s a conscious decision to avail yourself of the means … far better than a bottle or substances which wear off and rob you of the ability to fight. In very dark times, you’ll see many reverting to calls on an Almighty they scoff at in good times … pity it is seen only as a last resort but there ya go.

Vigilance

The n1 error, if the human mind retreats into a fantasy world of deluded hope in false solutions … just look at the climatemongers for a start just now … is the loss of a sense of reality, of awareness of real things … such as what the bstds are trying to do with their psy ops upon us … planned for many decades, designed to be rolled out in the new 20s and beyond. Hell, they even have Agendas called by years … 21, 30, 35 etc.

By all means have your head in the clouds, as long as you still have your feet firmly on the ground. This very site is going through some glitches this morning, as is WP, as is my provider … all sorts of gremlins are inserted to derail us, to separate us from our reason.

The dark joke is that the very people speaking of tinfoilhats, poking fun at pundits such as me, such as us, are not laughing so much anymore now as insane policy after insane policy is enacted by people who are simply loonies, crims, evil muvvers of low moral compass.

And we tinfoilhatters? We carry on, shaking the head sadly.

Haven’t these people heard about crime8 change? One violent storm on this plant and there will be no more plants for generations (multiple puns intended).

a) One can’t trust Mother Nature to help when one makes stupid decisions. Electricity prices have been spiking across Europe, with Germany seeing a record high of €936 per megawatt hour, reports Bild.

b) Dutch Banks will advise people to keep cash at home because of the tense international situation, a spokesperson of the Dutch Banking Association (NVB) has said.

c) Around 5 p.m., a man then spontaneously presented himself to the Ghyvelde [NE France] brigade, claiming to be the perpetrator of this homicide in Wormhout and the four other murders. In Loon-Plage, near Dunkirk, the individual explained that he had shot two former colleagues and two migrants nearby.….

d) Giorgia Meloni’s government has conferred Italian citizenship on Javier Milei in a sign of the growing rapport between the two “hard-Right” [sic] leaders.

(JH: I’m afraid, DAD, that I inserted the “” in that item.)

e) USPS Chief Louis DeJoy covers his ears during congressional hearing. Lack of respect shown to American taxpayers.

  1. It’s not about just having cash. Although cash is good. It is also about having a stock of food to last you some time. You can’t eat cash and if nobody is selling anything then your cash is useless. Make sure you have food and then some cash.

  2. Sorry guys. I use a vpn (sg). no known restrictions there.

the link i sent was audio only. in lieu of that, I send the following-

    NO TREASON
    No. VI.

    THE CONSTITUTION OF NO AUTHORITY.

    I.
NT.6.1.1 The Constitution has no inherent authority or obligation. It has no authority or obligation at all, unless as a contract between man and man. And it does not so much as even purport to be a contract between persons now existing. It purports, at most, to be only a contract between persons living eighty years ago. And it can be supposed to have been a contract then only between persons who had already come to years of discretion, so as to be competent to make reasonable and obligatory contracts. Furthermore, we know, historically, that only a small portion even of the people then existing were consulted on the subject, or asked, or permitted to express either their consent or dissent in any formal manner. Those persons, if any, who did give their consent formally, are all dead now. Most of them have been dead forty, fifty, sixty, or seventy years. And the constitution, so far as it was their contract, died with them. They had no natural power or right to make it obligatory upon their children. It is not only plainly impossible, in the nature of things, that they could bind their posterity, but they did not even attempt to bind them. That is to say, the instrument does not purport to be an agreement between any body but “the people” then existing; nor does it, either expressly or impliedly, assert any right, power, or disposition, on their part, to bind anybody but themselves. Let us see. Its language is:

“We, the people of the United States (that is, the people then existing in the United States), in order to form a more perfect union, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
NT.6.1.2 It is plain, in the first place, that this language, as an agreement, purports to be only what it at most really was, viz., a contract between the people then existing; and, of necessity, binding, as a contract, only upon those then existing. In the second place, the language neither expresses nor implies that they had any right or power, to bind their “posterity” to live under it. It does not say that their “posterity” will, shall, or must live under it. It only says, in effect, that their hopes and motives in adopting it were that it might prove useful to their posterity, as well as to themselves, by promoting their union, safety, tranquility, liberty, etc.
NT.6.1.3 Suppose an agreement were entered into, in this form:
NT.6.1.4 We, the people of Boston, agree to maintain a fort on Governor’s Island, to protect ourselves and our posterity against invasion.
NT.6.1.5 This agreement, as an agreement, would clearly bind nobody but the people then existing. Secondly, it would assert no right, power, or disposition, on their part, to compel their “posterity” to maintain such a fort. It would only indicate that the supposed welfare of their posterity was one of the motives that induced the original parties to enter into the agreement.
NT.6.1.6 When a man says he is building a house for himself and his posterity, he does not mean to be understood as saying that he has any thought of binding them, nor is it to be inferred that he is so foolish as to imagine that he has any right or power to bind them, to live in it. So far as they are concerned, he only means to be understood as saying that his hopes and motives, in building it, are that they, or at least some of them, may find it for their happiness to live in it.

    this is an intro.

I suggest you compare wordings used with Black’s Law Dictionary of Early 1800s for truer insights
