Been a few weeks of major upheavals here. Wife was told she need her leg amputated below the knee.
Went in for surgery. Got treated awfully. No pain relief after the amputation for almost 2 days. The nurses hooked her up to a morphene pump…but didn’t plug it in! Lots of maltreatment, she’s home now but in agony.
Prayers would be most welcome. Christmas has been cancelled until she can enjoy it.
Sorry to be a downer but needed to vent a bit.

After suffering such a loss and then to be so mistreated and allowed to remain in such horrible pain; words fail me. It is hard to imagine how inhuman those in the profession of healthcare behave.
Once again, prayers for your wife’s pain to lessen dramatically and that she heals needing no further surgeries. Prayers for you as you deal with her suffering and needing to be strong for her. Also, it is difficult seeing your loved one suffering. Bless you.

I enjoyed it a lot the first time. I’ve seen it once since on the telly and thought it held up pretty well.
